-Can you tell the readers a little bit about yourself, name, what country you live in, age etc?Well, my name is Mario Nicolas Ramirez, I’m 22 years old and I currently live in Bogota,Colombia.

-What inspired you to start being creative?I started to draw very early in life, and it’s always been my passion, My mother tells me that when I was three years old I would draw almost on any surface and with all kinds of things, pens, pencils, her lipstick… and I would always start doing it just for the fun of it, at school during class or at my house. And drawing is for me a great way to express and understand my feelings or whatever`s going through my mind at the moment…. so drawing’s been a part of me my whole life, but as time went by I realized that I wanted to make art and drawing my career.

-Is making art your fulltime job, and if not, what else do you do?Not yet, for the moment I’m focusing in my studies, but I’m just starting out so I’d like to begin to work as a freelance illustrator and as I gain the confidence and experience become a full-time artist and illustrator.

-Have you gone to art school, if yes where did you go and what did you study?Right now I’m studying Visual Arts in the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with emphasis in Graphic arts.

-Where do you find inspiration?I’d have to say that all around me yet at the same time within myself, really, I guess it’s kind of an intuitive process but the inspiration usually comes from many sources.

-Do you have a favorite artist and if so who and why?Wow there are so many to count but on top of my list I’d have to say: Aubrey Beardsley, Harry Clarke, Alphons Mucha, Felicien Rops, Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, symbolist artists, Franz Von Bayros, Magnus Blomster, Aquirax Uno, Mahlon Blaine, Aya Kato, James Jean…

-Where can my readers see you`re work? For the moment:
